Useless for actually doing anything. Opens a browser for virtually everything and then makes you login again to do what you need to. Apparently also very easy to mess things up. Despite having changed to a fortnightly delivery I was still charged the next week and their excuse was that I "unskipped" the following week. If that's true I have no idea how. Never using this app or company again after the complete uncaring and useless lack of customer service, no attempt whatsoever to fix the issue.
The app is very frustrating. Often won't load, and have to open web page instead. Don't actually notice any great benefit to using app over the web page, as the app is nothing special. Puts a dampener on the My Food Bag experience

There is nowhere in the app to list items missed from the delivery or to complain. I'm glad I had a friend give me a code to get $50 off the first delivery so that I could experience this without wasting too much money.
This is the most frustrating app I have ever used. I have ordered Bargain box have been notified when it is arriving yet no matter what I try it will not let me into my account at all even when I try to reset my password. What the hell is going on?
This week's recipes have gone. Used to be really handy to see what's in this week's box to choose what to make. Please bring this feature back.
This app is the most frustrating app I have ever incounted tried to log in kept saying error tried reseting my password still waiting for code . Really, I'm not sure if Nada you are aware of this i will Uninstall this app and unfortunately will not be ordering from my food bag . You really need to make this app more user friendly again worst i have incounted will go back to Hello fresh at least they reply . So bloody disappointing .
very easy to navigate
This app doesn't really do anything - what I want to do is see and manage my deliveries, but all the app does is send me to the website where I have to log in again to do anything. Not worth installing.
